Sculpt is our signature class — inspired by Pilates and barre, built on form precision, flow, and intentional choreography with higher reps for muscular endurance.

Elevate

Elevate is our cardio pillar — a high-intensity class often barre-inspired, blending intervals or dance cardio, designed to get the heart rate up, build cardiovascular endurance, and bring energy and joy to movement. Low-impact options always provided.

Restore

Restore is our recovery and education hub — home to stretching, mobility, foam rolling, foundational how-to videos, warm-ups, and cool-downs. This is where we take care of our bodies and improve how we move.
